Melanie, a strong independent woman, student of life & universe, and a dear friend we consider our family and one of the original supporters of One-Ten Thai. She has a very calm and carefree disposition. You can find her managing the front of the house.

Gabriel is a graduate of culinary arts & a true supporter of what we are doing here. He has worked all positions, from dishwasher to prep cook, he can do it all. He is also the biggest D&D nerd I’ve ever met!

Sebastian is a young college student, he is also an excellent skateboarder. He holds it down in the kitchen as our line cook.

Javier, or more loving known as Javi by his friends & co-workers, came to work with us when we opened the Beerstro next door. He is a self proclaimed soul-surfer and DJ, and an all around awesome guy!

Lauren or Missy Lauren, as we like to call her, Waldorfean teacher by day and waitress by night! She works at the only Waldorf school here in Aguadilla and is also planning on becoming a yoga instructor.

Amanda is the newest addition to our team. She is a strong young woman who brings a touch of latin flare just to mix it up a bit here at One Ten Thai. She is also a candy addict!

Kimberly is our pastry chef & tapas girl, (not topless). She makes awesome desserts here at One-Ten Thai, like Creme Brulee and our famous steamed chocolate stout cake.

Willy, AKA Willy Black is a musician and member of Los Negros Vivos, a band whose fame has taken them to Mexico and other countries promoting their music and debut album. He is also a great bartender (his skills have taken him to compete in Finland) and you’ll find that he’s worked at some of the best restaurants in this area.
